Val Stalowir –Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Stalowir has served as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Reed's since June 2017. Mr. Stalowir has over 25 years of experience driving accelerated growth and building brands in the food & beverage industry. Prior to joining the Company, he served as an independent food and beverage investment consultant working with varied consumer focused private equity groups. Prior to his work as an independent consultant, Mr. Stalowir served as Chief Executive Officer of privately held International Harvest, Inc., a leading supplier of certified organic, gluten free, non- GMO, vegan and raw superfoods. Mr. Stalowir also founded Global Restaurant Group, LLC (GRG) in 2011 and served as Chief Executive Officer in Kyiv, Ukraine, a privately held, international quick serve restaurant operator and platform that is now YUM! Brands' lead KFC franchisee in Ukraine. Mr. Stalowir has served in various management and development positions for companies such as APTA Capital, LLC, Preferred Brand Holdings, LLC, Tomra Systems, ASA, Coca-Cola Company and the Quaker Oats Company.
Mr. Stalowir earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance with Distinction from the University of Michigan and received dual BA degrees in Economics and Art History from the College of William and Mary.
Iris Snyder – Chief Financial Officer Iris Snyder has served as Chief Financial Officer of Reed's since July 2018. Prior to joining Reed's, Ms. Snyder was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Stoli Group USA. Ms. Snyder headed up Finance and Operations, integrating several wine and spirits brands into the portfolio during her tenure. Prior to Stoli, she served as Finance Director for Chobani and held numerous financial positions in multiple divisions for Diageo Plc. Ms. Snyder earned her MBA in Finance Management & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received her BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering with distinction from the University of Michigan.
Stefan Freeman – Chief Operating Officer Mr. Freeman has served as Chief Operating Officer since July of 2017. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Freeman held senior leadership positions in Operations at The Coca-Cola Company, Dr. Pepper-Snapple Group and PepsiCo. Earlier in his career he served as Director of Supply Chain at Dean Foods' Pacific Group. Mr. Freeman earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University and is an active member of the Cisco Systems Global Manufacturing Advisory Board.
Christopher J. Reed – Director and Chief Innovation Officer Chris Reed founded Reed's in 1987. During his tenure, Mr. Reed has served in various capacities as the Company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. In April 2017 he was named to the new position of Chief Innovation Officer. Mr. Reed has been responsible for the Company's design and products, including the original product recipes, the proprietary brewing process and the packaging and marketing strategies. Mr. Reed received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
Neal Cohane -- Senior Vice President of Sales Mr. Cohane has served as Reed's Senior Vice President of Sales since March of 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cohane served in various senior-level sales and executive positions for PepsiCo, most recently as Senior National Accounts Manager, Eastern Division. Prior to PepsiCo, Mr. Cohane also served in multiple senior-level sales and managerial positions at South Beach Beverage Company and Coca-Cola of New York. Mr. Cohane holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Philip T. Trotman – Director of Marketing Mr. Trotman has served as Director of Marketing since July of 2018. Mr. Trotman retains extensive experience in marketing with emerging food and consumer brands. Prior to Reed's, Mr. Tortman served as Partner of Diadem Partners, where he was the CPG Practice Leader providing strategic marketing support for emerging brands. Mr. Trotman also served in various management positons in marketing at Colgate Palmolive Company with a 15 year tenure, most recently as Regional Marketing Director for their Caribbean Region. Mr. Trotman earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia University and earned his BA in Political Science from Yale University.
Beth J Brown - Director of Supply Chain and Procurement Ms. Brown has served as Director of Supply Chain since July of 2018. Ms. Brown joined Reed's from Zwilling J.A. Henckels where she was Senior Supply Chain Manager. Prior to Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Ms. Brown served in multiple supply chain and operational management positions at Diageo Americas and at Pepsi Beverages Company with a focus on systems and processes continuous improvement. Ms. Brown earned her MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University and earned her BS in Operations Management from Syracuse University.
